Tony and his team have just finished refurbishing our Victorian building and have made an excellent job. As is with an old building there arose several unforeseen problems which Tony dealt with in a very professional but approachable way. Tony and his team have just completed work in my home and were very professional and approachable. The work was completed to a very high standard with minimal disruption and they always left the premises clean and tidy at the end of the day.

Tony and his team have recently completed a single storey extension and alterations to our garage/kitchen area. Coming out of covid lockdown was always going to be a challenge, but Tony was ahead of the game ensuring materials and fittings were available as needed to ensure the project was delivered on time. Tony is a problem solver, drawing upon his experience and working with the client to overcome issues. Tony was considerate of our needs, particularly as we were living onsite for most of the build. We are delighted with the finished build and would not hesitate to use Derwent again. Highly recommended.

Tony carried out a single storey kitchen extension to our property which included the careful demolition of an existing attached out building. Throughout the project Tony managed all the required trades to ensure a high standard of completion. We were kept informed on all aspects of the build from start to finish. The work site was always kept neat and tidy and he and the team were considerate and respectful. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Very professional completion of our extension. Tony and his team arrived at 8am every day and left the site clean and tidy at the end of the day. Great attention to detail. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent builder, had no issues whatsoever. Very reliable and professional. Tony gave us a timescale of 6-8 weeks for the 2 story extension of our house, he completed just after 6 weeks! Would not hesitate in recommending him at all.
